Please check your order carefully as soon as you receive it. This policy explains how checking, exchanges and warranties work at Raj Mahal.
1-day checking period
You have 1 day from delivery to check your items and tell us about any problem. After 1 day, we cannot accept exchange requests.
No refunds
We do not offer refunds on any order.
Exchanges
- Within 1 day of delivery, you can exchange an item for another item of the same price.
- Items that have been used, or whose packaging (such as the box) is damaged, cannot be exchanged.
- Items damaged by the customer cannot be exchanged. If an item arrives damaged in delivery, contact us within 1 day of delivery.
- Delivery charges for exchanges are paid by the customer.
Warranty
Raj Mahal does not provide a warranty on its products. If a product’s manufacturer offers a warranty, that warranty applies under the manufacturer’s own terms.
